Dr Aurelie Cnop-Nielsen

LSE Fellow, Department of Management, LSE

Aurelie holds an MSc in business engineering from the IAG Business School at the University of Louvain, Belgium, which she obtained with the highest honours. Upon graduating, Aurelie began her professional career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Later, she became senior finance manager for a FTSE100 multinational company, where she led its annual global budgeting exercise. Aurelie has spearheaded several strategic and benchmarking projects for global companies, aimed at helping them navigate change and achieve world-class performance.

Dr Karin A King

LSE Fellow, Department of Management, LSE

Karin is an experienced global human resource (HR) professional and consulting practitioner, who has held leadership positions in corporate HR and professional services. She holds professional designations in HR and management consulting and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. As a lecturer in the Department of Management’s master’s degree programmes, she focuses on strategic HR management, leadership and talent management, organisational behaviour, negotiation, and strategic rewards.
