Aurelie has spearheaded several strategic and benchmarking projects for global companies, aimed at helping them navigate change and achieve world-class performance.

Karin is an experienced global human resource (HR) professional and consulting practitioner, who has held leadership positions in corporate HR and professional services. She holds professional designations in HR and management consulting and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
